That's why we specialize in comfortable, cost-effective heating solutions, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. We also provide annual maintenance services and will assess your heating system to evaluate its energy-efficiency.
Air Conditioning
At Silvia Heating & Air Conditioning, we understand how important it is to maintain a comfortable temperature inside when it gets hot and humid outside. We can help you achieve this comfort by maintaining and repairing your current system, or if needed, replacing it completely with a new system.
Our expertise means that we can design and install a new, high efficient cooling system that will maximize your energy savings. As factory-trained technicians, we can also provide routine periodic inspections, licensed warranty and post-warranty repairs, and immediate emergency response.
Air Quality
We strive to provide a comfortable and healthy home environment for your family or workers year round. While energy efficiency is important, indoor air quality is essential. With tighter building construction, the quality of indoor air has declined dramatically. It has made it more difficult for fresh air to move into your home and for stale air to move out. We specialize in retrofitting older buildings with new heating and cooling systems. We’ll also take on the installation of systems in new buildings from the ground up.
